詳細 Human Kruppel-like factor gene. Belongs to the relatively large family of SP1-like transcription factors and is involved in the regulation of proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and somatic cell reprogramming.
アプリケーションノート Required for the maintenance of stem cell properties. It can prevent ES cell differentiation and maintain ES cell self-renewal and pluripotency. Can be used to reprogram a variety of cell types. Can function as either an oncogene or a tumor suppressor depending on differing cellular contexts and cancer types.
