リンカー

VectorBuilderを使って自分のベクターをデザインすることができます。以下によく使われるコンポーネントの解説があります。
注:
2種類のORFを連結して1つのプロモーターから同時に発現させるために使用されるリンカーには、2種類のタイプがあります。
  • リードスルーリンカー(フュージョンまたは2Aペプチド):転写反応は上流側のORFから下流側のORFへと連続するために、上流側のORFからはストップコドンが削除される。
  • 非リードスルーリンカー(IRESなど):リンカーに到達する前に転写反応を停止させるために、上流側のORFにはストップコドンが必要。
