AAVベクターやレンチウィルスベクターの構築に頻繁に利用しております。クローニング、遺伝子合成、シークエンス確認など、自分でコンストラクションを行うよりも確実でコストパフォーマンスに優れます。もはや今後自分でコンストラクションをする事は基本的に考えられないと思います。研究を大幅に効率化でき、大変ありがたく思っております。
