Responsibilities:

1. Conduct pre-project research, review Chinese and foreign literature, and organize patents. Based on this, propose overall project designs, refine them, and drive implementation.

2. Execute development and upgrade projects related to new products and services. Oversee the technical development of projects, integrate resources, and analyze and solve problems.

3. Develop projects that align with the company’s overall strategic direction, involving the application of various skills and testing of new experimental systems.

4. Lead and write patents, project proposals, articles, and R&D management systems.

5. Adhere to company and department regulations and regularly submit reports and results to the company.

Requirements:

1. PhD in Basic Medicine, Immunology, Virology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related fields.

2. Proficient in molecular biology, cell biology, and immunology, with hands-on experience in cell culture, complex plasmid design and construction, and the use of various viral vectors. Ability to independently propose, design, and conduct research projects and analyze data.

3. Skilled in reviewing domestic and international literature and communicating technical details with colleagues in Europe and the US.

4. Innovative scientific thinking, rigorous scientific attitude, and first-author publications in SCI-indexed journals.

5. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome, with preference given to those with work experience.
